Ryan is responsible for all of our agent based operations. With many years of experience in Account Management, leading a team focused on service & growth, Ryan is a welcomed member to The Echelon Group. Ryan joined The Echelon Group after he began his career with AT&T in 2006 as a small business Account Manager and continued to serve the company for the next 13 years. As part of the Business Leadership Development Program. Ryan took the reins of the small business Retention Program in 2015 and expanded the reach both domestically and internationally.
